Volunteer

For future volunteers of Advocate Safehouse Project

There is still time to sign up to be an ASP Helpline Advocate Volunteer.

We are still actively recruiting volunteers to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Don’t worry if you’ve never volunteered for a helpline before. Our  30-hour training program with supplemental trainings via Zoom will teach you all you need to know to assist survivors. Also, because volunteers cover the ASP 24-hour Helpline from home, you have the unique opportunity to provide support while remaining in the comfort of your own home.

To volunteer, please contact Crystal Young at crystal@advocatesafehouse.org or by phone at 970-456-1198 or 970-928-2071.

A Letter from Amanda, Brett and Gretchen

Dear “Santa”,
Thank you so much for making our Christmas become a reality. Tears of appreciation rolled down my face for all the wonderful and generous gifts, & etc. My children love their toys, and I loved everything! Christmas became a special and memorable day filled with joy and happiness. Thanks to you, our family has been able to enjoy & participate during this holiday season.

Thank You,
Amanda, Brett and Gretchen

A Letter from Laurie

Dear Julie,

I can never thank you enough for all the services that were provided to me through the Advocate Safehouse Project. I thank God every night, especially when I go to sleep on my wonderful bed – which you made possible for me to have.

Immeasurable, though, are the dignity and self-confidence I gained through the effort and attention from all the ladies there.

Thank you
Laurie
